Do you have a service guarantee?
We understand how important it is for our clients to have peace of mind when booking a cleaning service. For our End Of Tenancy appointments, we have a 1-day service guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning (which is very rare), we will come back within 24-48 hours to address any issues and ensure that the job is done to your satisfaction. We take pride in providing a high-quality service and are committed to making sure our clients are happy with the results.
Can I personalise my appointment?
We want to ensure that our clients get the most out of their appointments and are happy with the results. That's why we offer the option to personalise your appointment based on your specific needs and preferences. Our online booking page allows you to upload images of your property, make special requests, and select the tasks that you want our professional cleaners to focus on. This way, we can tailor our services to meet your unique requirements and ensure that you are completely satisfied with the outcome.
Do you service larger properties?
We have experience servicing properties of all sizes, from cosy apartments to sprawling estates, showrooms, and offices. Our team of professional cleaners is equipped to handle any job, no matter how big or small. If you have a larger property or a specific cleaning request, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always happy to work with our clients to find the best solution for their needs.
Can I hire your cleaning equipment and supplies?
Clients can hire our professional cleaning equipment and supplies for an additional charge of £15. This includes cleaning supplies and specialist fabric cloths for the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, furniture, and hard flooring (excludes vacuum and mop). If you need a mop or vacuum cleaner, there is an additional charge. All of our equipment and supplies are deep cleaned and sanitised before each appointment to ensure your safety and comfort.
Can you bring a vacuum cleaner?
Yes, we can bring a vacuum cleaner for your appointment. We charge £20 to hire our vacuum cleaner which includes transportation, usage, and filter and bag replacement. If you require any other equipment or supplies, please refer to our pricelist or contact us for a personalised quote.
What is Plant Care?
Plant Care is an add-on service we offer where our cleaning specialists can take care of your houseplants during your appointment. We understand that your plants are important to you and we can dedicate 10 minutes to water, mist and feed them. Our specialists are trained to safely care for your plants and ensure they thrive. This service is perfect for those who have a busy schedule or who are going away on vacation.
What are the alternative ways to book an appointment?
You can contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, and we'll be happy to assist you in booking your appointment. Alternatively, you can book directly through our website, where we accept credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, we can send you an invoice with all the details you need to make a payment. Please note that for safety reasons, we never accept cash payments.
How much does it cost to extend my General Clean?
60-minutes: £30 | 30-minutes: £15
If you need more time for your General Clean appointment, you can extend it for an additional fee. For an extra 60 minutes, it costs £30, and for an extra 30 minutes, it's £15. Our General Clean appointments have fixed durations, and on occasion, we may need a little longer to complete your tasks to our high standards, especially if it's our first time cleaning your property. Whether we need more time or not, we'll always keep you informed in advance.
Are you pet friendly?
We love pets! If you have furry friends, please let us know on the booking page or send us an email so we can bring our non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning products. Our cleaning specialists are comfortable working around domestic animals, and we always take care to ensure that your pets are safe and comfortable during our appointments.
Do I need to be at home?
You do not need to be present during the appointment. We understand that your schedule may not always allow for you to be home. If you're unable to be present, we can collect your keys from a concierge or property manager, as long as arrangements are made in advance. You can trust our professionals to take care of your home while you're away. Rest assured, we always treat our clients' properties with the utmost respect and care.
What is the Luxury Candle Experience?
Perhaps spending more time indoors has made you appreciate your home even more, and maybe you're looking to freshen up your living space with an evocative scent to create a relaxing atmosphere. That's where our Luxury Candle Experience comes in. Our clients can choose from a selection of premium scented candles from Diptyque Paris, such as Oud, Lys, Choisya, Feu de Bois, Cyprès, Geranium Rosa, Vanille, Baies, Narguile, Paris, and New York (city series). We light the candle for 30 minutes, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the luxurious scent.
What complimentary sweet treats do you offer?
At Fresher Home we love to add a touch of sweetness to your day with our complimentary luxury confectionery and sweet treats! From decadent chocolates to mouth-watering desserts, we'll surprise you with something delightful during your cleaning appointment. We understand that everyone has different dietary requirements, so please let us know on the booking page if you have any special requests. It's just another way we show our commitment to making your experience with us as enjoyable and personalised as possible! So sit back, relax, and indulge in a little bit of sweetness on us!
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and you might need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund (minus our 5% administrative charge). However, if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will offer you a credit for a future booking, but won’t be able to provide a refund back to your payment method. We always aim to be flexible and accommodating to meet your needs.
